We always need a healthy life. " Health is wealth" is the famous proverb among the English people. But , we didn't realize the importance of health. A man can live happily as a poor but, he can't live happily without a good health as a billionaire. According to the details, you can understand the importance of health.
PRESENT SITUATION ( ABOUT COVID-19 )
Covid-19 is the most scariest disease in the world at present. It took approximately millions of lives from worldwide. The main problem is, this is an epidemic. Humans are the social animals. The major effect of covid-19 is "isolation". Isolation can bring many negative effects. The main problem of isolation is depression. This is a type of mental disease. It can bring several diseases like head-ache, sleeping disorder and ADHD. So, first we should come out from depression. There are some ways to get a rid from depression. They are talking and playing with children, playing indoor games like table tennis, badminton and chess. They can boost up your mental and physical health. So, you can easily get a rid from depression. Another best way is lower your mobile phone addiction . Don't forget your workout or yoga practices during the lockdown. They can maintain your blood pressure level and lipid profile levels. If you do the following activities, you can stay healthy at home during the covid-19 pandemic.
FOOD AND EXERCISE
Food and exercise are the key points of good heath. If you take a balanced food, you can live a long life. There is a great example in the world which proofs my statement ( balanced food is the main key of long life). The example is, Japanese food culture. Japanese don't take the food when their stomach filled. This isn't my own opinion . This is the best experience and advice of food explorers. So, we must follow this habit in our daily life. This is the main key of their longest lifespan.
Balanced food have another meaning. That is, "the food which contains all nutrition in correct size". There are five main nutrition in food chart. They are, carbohydrate, protein, lipid, vitamins and minerals. If you should follow your diet which contains these five nutrition, you can live a healthy life.
